“The Mother of All Papercuts”: Watch and Be Amazed with This Paper’s Capability!

Because physics.

As simple as your high school art project but as dangerous as your chemistry experiments-a guide to creating circular paper blades that would definitely drop your friends’ jaw! Just take care of your fingers though; you wouldn’t want a papercut from this, trust me.

How it’s made is simple: just use a common glue stick to hold two pieces of printer paper together then cut it into a circle. Replace your regular blade with this paper blade and there you have it! Who would’ve known how much damage this humble paper can actually cause?

Well, it seems to have no problem cuttingĀ  through acrylic, woods and plastics in this video.

Just look at how it cuts through raw meat, ice and other things as well- it has even dismantled a Nokia 3310 cell phone down to its core components!

And while this sometimes fail like blades do, we can’t deny its amazing durability. Plus, you can just always cut another one!

The trick? Physics! When spun at high speed, the centrifugal force directs the paper’s particles outwards which creates enough force and pressure on the paper edges. (See what you could’ve known if you didn’t sleep off your physics class?)

So, if you’re brave enough, you can try this and be extra creative in choosing what other objects to cut for a more incredible result. Well, this definitely gives a whole new meaning to papercuts!
