A Cloud That Rains Actual Drops of Tequila? I’m Sold!

What a time! Well, science is giving us good news once again. And nope, I’m not going to write about an unlimited clean energy source nor a new video game that can help you with your miserable life. But, behold! An indoor cloud that will give one of a kind shot of real tequila raindrops is here! Yes, that’s right, a massive cloud of alcohol! [embed]https://www.instagram.com/p/BRaQf1-llb1/[/embed] Thanks to the ad agency, LAPIZ (on behalf of the Mexico Tourism Board), there is now this cloud that generates raindrops of tequila! (More the reason to help our kids with their science project, yes?) This innovative art is part of an installation at Urban Spree art gallery in Berlin. The idea is to “tempt” those facing the bad weather in Germany (during March) into heading over to Mexico for a sunny holiday. What’s the best part? There will still be rain but it’ll be drops of tequila falling on their heads. (Sounds good to us!) Since the conventional heat vaporization will evaporate all the alcohol off, specialized humidifiers was utilized to vibrate tequila at an ultrasonic frequency and turn it into a thick visible fog. The mist is then condensed into water, generating the falling rain drops. [embed]https://youtu.be/CYIxBiixuZQ[/embed] The tequila rain can even be drank for free! Yes, free drinks! And sure you can use your shot glass and put it underneath the cloud for a while if you want to fill it up – but just imagine standing under a cloud of raining tequila! (I suggest you try it.) “So forget your umbrella, rain boots, and coat…” as Urban Spree, where the cloud is currently being hosted, have said. Welcome to a whole new level of body shots!
