An Indian student, Vimal Govin Manikandan, has come to a remarkable solution of how to control a walking robot suit. His work was described in a more detailed way in an award-winning paper (PDF). Like his work is not awesome enough, he went further. Vimal built actual robot suit, much like Iron Man's. What makes this suit even more awesome is the fact that its constructor made it with only $750. Yes, a man in this suit can barely walk, but when you compare its price with the cheapest robotic suits, it is much cheaper. The price of other suits is worth of thousands of dollars. Even replica Iron Man suits without the machinery can cost hundreds, if not thousands. source - http://www.cnet.com/
